Where do I begin?

We will ask a few questions such as:
Where, when, is the property secure, and what was the cause of the damage, and do you need a mitigation team?
We will ask you to locate your policy or call the Insurance agent to send you a PDF copy of the entire policy, including the Declarations page, as this will include any riders or exclusions, and your deductible amount.
Once you have visited one of our public adjusters and are ready to proceed, we will email you a Letter of Representation and a Contact, in which you will sign digitally.
You only pay a small percent on the checks you receive from your insurance company. There is never any upfront money.
