Susan Lewis is a retired educator whose passion for service and expertise extends far beyond the classroom. After more than two decades of shaping futures and inspiring fellow teachers, she embraced entrepreneurship in 2018 by launching a successful house-rehabbing business and subsequently earning her Public Insurance Adjuster’s license.

Drawing on her extensive knowledge and experience in the remodeling industry, she brings valuable insight into the claims process, carefully considering every detail to ensure maximum payment.

Susan’s commitment to advocacy deepened after witnessing the devastating flooding caused by Hurricane Harvey in 2017, which gave her firsthand insight into the hardships homeowners face during times of great loss.

 In December 2022, Susan founded SK Lewis Consulting, a firm dedicated to guiding clients through the complexities of insurance claims. Drawing on her sharp analytical skills, deep industry knowledge, and compassion, she skillfully facilitates the settlement of both large commercial and residential claims—ensuring every client receives the fair resolution they deserve.

Susan has commercial claim experience representing churches, convenience stores, and multi-building complexes. While her expertise in large-loss cases is substantial, she remains equally dedicated to helping individual homeowners navigate the claims process with care and confidence.

Elizabeth Sanders is a retired educator with over 30 years of experience working closely with children and their families in roles ranging from classroom to leadership and administrative.
